Birthdays seem to be creeping up on us even though they happen at the same time every year. And we e always find ourselves rushing for something, don’t we? Instead of waiting until the last minute, get prepared early by using these tips:

1. Instead of heading to the store every time you need to buy another birthday card, all you have to do is just to stock up once or twice a year. You can easily buy a box of greeting cards with a general birthday message or go to the dollar store or find online greeting cards shop and get as many cards as you will need for the year without breaking the bank.

2. If you have cards that you are going to mail, buy stamps as well so that you can stamp and address those envelopes. Don’t seal cards until the day you’re going to send them, even if you have added a personal note and signed it.

3. With birthday cards set up like this, you can add your favourite photos, letters etc. up until you will need to send it.

4. On a calendar that you look at often, mark the date which each card should be mailed out. Give yourself a week or two to make things 100% sure that it arrives on time!

Save yourself a lot of stress this year and get prepared early. Setting things up while you have a spare evening will save you a lot of time (and embarrassment) later on.
